Application must be made in the prescribed form which will be issued from the school office during the period of the registration
the following documents should be submitted (Self attested copy) along with application form.
- Proof of residence/ (Voter ID/Aadhaar Card/Driving License/Date of Birth)
- Latest passport size photo of the students & Parents
- Birth certificate of student
- Cast Certificate.
- Transfer Certificate
- Marks sheet of previous class
- Medical certificate with blood group
- Parents Aadhaar card
